To book your Birth Pool Kit:
1/ Download
the booking slip below, save the file, and add your information. Email it back to info@birthafloat.com.
Or you can email me the required information on the booking slip and this will serve as your booking slip.
2/Pay a $50 booking fee which guarantees your pool's availability.
For payment please use
one of the payment methods below.Please use your full name in the reference.
3/You will be informed by email of your booking confirmation, when your booking slip and payment has been received.
If choosing PayPal as your preferred method of payment;
